(Pistol Mounted Optics)

Prerequisites: None, other than basic pistol manipulation and function.

Location: Alpha Training Center

Physical Condition: Long durations of standing

Course Description:

This course is designed to instruct the students to better understand and operate their pistol mounted optics, fundamentals of marksmanship, drills to develop
combative speed and accuracy. Concepts and techniques to develop your own drills to improve your performance, information on how learning affects shooter performance, and tips and techniques to help you become better with your weapon system.

What you will need:

• Strong side belt or conceal carry holster designed for your optic mounted pistol (no soft holsters or positioning past the 3 o’clock position). 3 magazines with pouches preferred but not required.
• 400 rounds of ammunition.
• Hearing and eye protection.
• Headgear, and close around neck shirt.

We do have optic mounted pistols available to rent with advanced notice. $50.00

Ammunition for the class can be purchased at a discounted cost with advanced notice.
