Alpha Pistol Training

TAC RIFLE (Hours can be used for TCOLE Credit)

This class instructs students on the safe employment of the Tactical Pistol/Rifle for Tactical and Patrol personnel as well as civilians. The rifle course will shoot from 7-100 yards with a majority of the
training taking place from 100 yards in. The course will address the following major
topics:

Safety
Surgical shooting (Pistol/Rifle)
Discrimination
Hostage
Weapon Zero
Shooting Standards/Goals

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Strong Side Concealed Carry rig and or OWB holster. Pistol and Rifle and three magazines/speed loaders for both pistol and rifle. You will also need mag holders. Hat, Eye and Ear Protection (electronic prefered). Bring gear for inclement weather. Pants with padded knees or knee pads. Also, bring weapon cleaning equipment. 400 RIFLE ROUNDS

NOTE TO STUDENTS:

We welcome all good Americans to train with Alpha Pistol Training.

We will treat you professionally if you act professionally.

Be familiar with your weapon. Know how to load it, unload it, clean it.

We will ask you to leave if you are unsafe or disrespectful to others or myself.

Take notes. Ask questions. Be Attentive.

Do not post any pictures, video, or recordings on the internet or social media without first getting my written permission.

You will be taught malfunction drills, but you will be responsible to keep your weapon functioning and in service. (If its unreliable on the range, it’s unreliable when you need it).

Bring clean and quality weapons and gear to class. Bring a backup weapon if you can, in the event you should have a problem. We will not stop the class due to malfunctioning weapons. Clean and lubricate your weapons before class and do so again during the course. A time during the course will be made for cleaning.

Don’t argue, show respect, and take care of business. You are paying us for training accept it, or ignore it, but don’t be disrespectful.

Make sure your mindset is right, come to learn, keep humble, stay focused, train hard, and we will get along.
